Abstract


In the context of rapid tourism development and the era of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, the demand for innovation and
entrepreneurship-oriented talents in tourism management is becoming increasingly urgent. This paper, from the perspective of craftsmanship,
delves into the essence and characteristics of innovation and entrepreneurship-oriented talents in tourism management. It thoroughly examines
the issues present in current talent cultivation processes and proposes targeted pathways for talent development. The aim is to deliver high-quality
talents with both a craftsman spirit and entrepreneurial capabilities to the tourism industry, thereby promoting its high-quality development.
