Abstract

This article analyzes the current situation of safety culture construction in vocational colleges, and believes that there are problems
such as incomplete and incomplete cultural construction in terms of safety physical state, safety system, safety behavior, and safety spirit. It
also proposes effective measures such as consolidating the guarantee of safety physical state, constructing a scientific and reasonable safety
system, advocating positive incentives for safety behavior, and strengthening the spiritual guidance of safety culture.
