Exploring the Reform of Basic Nursing Practical Training Teaching with Job Competency Evaluation System as the Standard

Abstract


This paper discusses the reform of basic nursing practical training teaching with the job competency evaluation system as the standard. With the rapid development of medical technology and the increased demand for high-quality talents in the nursing industry, the traditional practical training teaching mode has been difficult to meet the actual clinical needs. By analyzing the current problems in the teaching
of basic nursing practical training, such as the single teaching method, the disconnection between the teaching content and the clinic, the weak
teaching force and the imperfect assessment and evaluation system, the article puts forward the reform measures oriented by the job competency. By constructing a scientific job competency evaluation system, optimizing teaching content, innovating teaching methods, strengthening the construction of faculty, and improving the assessment and evaluation system, the comprehensive ability of students can be improved.
