Abstract
In order to verify the effect of high-intensity interval training on lipid metabolism of college students, this paper will use experimental verification method to compare the intervention effect of high-intensity interval training and jogging training on lipid metabolism of 32
college students. The results are as follows: both high-intensity interval training and jogging training can reduce the weight of obese college
students and normalize fat metabolism, but the effect of high-intensity interval training is slightly better. It can be seen that high intensity interval training has the value of popularization and application.
