Research on the Construction of Reading and Writing Ability Training and Application Courses for Vocational Undergraduate Students based on Core Vocational Literacy

Abstract


With the deepening development of vocational education, vocational undergraduate education plays a crucial role in cultivating
high-level technical and skilled talents. This paper focuses on the cultivation of reading and writing skills for vocational undergraduate students and the construction of application courses. It elucidates the connotation of core vocational competencies and their close connection
with the development of reading and writing skills. The paper analyzes the existing issues in current course construction and proposes strategies for course construction based on core vocational competencies from multiple dimensions, including course goal setting, content design,
teaching methods, and evaluation systems. The aim is to provide valuable references for enhancing the comprehensive qualities and employability of vocational undergraduate students.
