Research on Strategies to Improve Digital Competence of College Teachers from the Perspective of Distributed Leadership

Abstract


With the deep application of digital technology in education, enhancing the digital capabilities of college teachers has become crucial for driving the digital transformation of education. This paper explores new approaches to improving the digital skills of college teachers
from a distributed leadership perspective. By analyzing the advantages of distributed leadership in breaking down the limitations of traditional
leadership models and promoting knowledge sharing among teachers, it proposes strategies such as building teacher learning communities and
establishing multi-faceted collaborative mechanisms to enhance the digital capabilities of college teachers. The aim is to provide theoretical
support and practical references for the digital development of higher education.
