Abstract
from a distributed leadership perspective. By analyzing the advantages of distributed leadership in breaking down the limitations of traditional
leadership models and promoting knowledge sharing among teachers, it proposes strategies such as building teacher learning communities and
establishing multi-faceted collaborative mechanisms to enhance the digital capabilities of college teachers. The aim is to provide theoretical
support and practical references for the digital development of higher education.
