Analysis and Study on the Transfer of Student Files in Graduation Season

Abstract

As graduation season approaches, the transfer of student records becomes an important and complex task. Student records, as crucial
documents during their time at school, play an irreplaceable role in their future employment, further education, and social activities. However,
in practice, the process of transferring student records faces numerous issues, such as delays, loss of files, and non-standard management. This
paper aims to thoroughly analyze the problems encountered during the transfer of student records at graduation season and propose corresponding solutions, providing a reference for the smooth transfer of student records.
