Exploring Employment Guidance Courses for College Students Centered on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education as the Core

Abstract


With the rapid development of society, competition between industries has become increasingly fierce, and the employment situation for college graduates has grown more challenging. Employment guidance has thus emerged as a critical focus for higher education institutions. To better promote college students employability and support studentsfuture development, this study analyzes the core role of innovation and entrepreneurship education in addressing employment issues. By examining current challenges in employment guidance courses and
proposing targeted measures, this paper aims to enhance the effectiveness of career counseling. Through the implementation of well-designed
employment guidance curricula, studentsinnovation and entrepreneurship capabilities can be strengthened, thereby enhancing the practical
value of career guidance and equipping graduates with stronger competitive advantages.
