Review of Research on the Current State of Leadership of Kindergarten Directors
Abstract
bibliometric methodology, using the knowledge mapping system provided by Cite Space software to comb through 407 director leadership
research literatures in the CNKI database from 2010-2023, and through the analysis of keyword time zones, co-occurrence analysis of authors
and institutions, and keyword clustering analysis. Through keyword time zone analysis, author, institution co-occurrence analysis and keyword clustering analysis, we analyse the cutting-edge hotspots, evolution paths and research contents in the field of director leadership, and
statistically analyse the publication time and institutions, core authors, keywords and emergent words of the papers, so as to understand the
hotspots of leadership research in China, and to provide reference for the research and development of director leadership.
