How Psychological Education Guides College Students Values: Cultivation Strategies Based on Self-Concept and Meaning in Life

Abstract


This study focuses on the guiding role of psychological education in college students values, and explores the cultivation strategies
of self-concept clarity and sense of meaning in life. In the context of social transformation and the impact of diverse values, some college students have problems such as value confusion and consumption concept deviation, which urgently need psychological education intervention.
The study, through literature analysis and case studies, reveals that clarity of self-concept and sense of meaning in life are important psychological foundations for the formation of stable and positive values. Based on this, targeted strategies were proposed, including. The research
provides theoretical and practical references for psychological education in colleges and universities and has practical significance for cultivating high-quality talents.
