Abstract


Integrating ideological and political elements into courses is the mainstream trend in the development of higher vocational college curricula, serving as a powerful vehicle for moral education and collaborative talent cultivation. Catering Service and Management is a core course
in the Hotel Management and Digital Operations program. This paper takes this course as a starting point to explore the current status of ideological and political education in higher vocational college curricula, systematically researching the implementation paths of such education. The aim
is to provide practical suggestions and strategies for teaching practices in ideological and political education at higher vocational colleges.
