A Brief Discussion on Strategies for Optimizing Senior High School Oral English Teaching under Core Literacy

Abstract


This paper aims to explore how to optimize the strategies of oral English teaching in senior high schools under the framework of
core literacy of English subject. Firstly, this paper analyzes the connotation of English core literacy, and then puts forward specific teaching
optimization strategies based on the current situation of oral English teaching in senior high schools, such as creating real context, paying attention to cultural infiltration, cultivating thinking quality and improving learning ability. Through the implementation of these strategies, students interest in learning can be more effectively stimulated, their oral expression ability can be enhanced, and their comprehensive language
use level can be improved in an all-round way, so as to better realize the training goal of core literacy.
