Abstract

Dual entrepreneurship education, namely "innovation and entrepreneurship education", is a new educational method to achieve
diversified education and a core path to meet the entrepreneurial needs of college students. In the era of vigorous development of new engineering, cultivating compound talents with innovative spirit and practical ability has become an important mission of local universities. As an
engineering major closely linked to the national industrial development, the effective implementation of dual entrepreneurship education is of
great significance. Through in-depth research on the value orientation and goal positioning of dual entrepreneurship education in this major, it
can not only provide theoretical support for local universities to optimize the talent training model, but also help to improve students innovation ability and entrepreneurial literacy, and thus better serve the local economic and social development.
