Research on the Construction of Marketing Teachers in Vocational Colleges Based on Discipline Group Construction

Abstract


Vocational undergraduate education is a key component of modern vocational education system, and its characteristic development
puts forward higher requirements for the construction of teaching staff. As an applied discipline, marketing specialty urgently needs to break
the limitation of traditional single discipline and build a multi-collaborative teacher system. Therefore, this paper takes the construction of
teaching staff of marketing major in vocational colleges as the object, and analyzes in detail the key issues such as the construction of teachers development community, the cultivation of practical teaching team with integration of production and education, the optimization of
interdisciplinary teacher allocation and the incentive of interdisciplinary research. Through systematic construction measures, the knowledge
structure of teachers majoring in marketing can be optimized, their practical ability can be improved and their sense of innovation can be improved, laying a solid foundation for cultivating high-quality technical and technical talents.
