Abstract


Reading is an important starting point for young children to explore the world. Picture Book Education is a branch of Quality Education. When reading picture books, young children can greatly expand their life experiences and learn more about the diverse world. Based
on this, the author will proceed with the discussion following the logic below. First, the author elaborates on the role of picture books in Early
Childhood Development. Next, the author analyzes the current situation of Picture Book Teaching by Kindergarten teachers. Finally, the author proposes guiding strategies for Picture Book Teaching by Kindergarten teachers.
