Abstract
Driven by the policy of digital economy and integration of production and education, the major of digital management in enterprises
is facing some contradictions, such as the disconnection between the practical ability of talents and the needs of enterprises, and the lack of
cooperation between schools and enterprises. Based on this, this paper constructs a collaborative education path that accurately meets the
needs of the industry from four aspects: mechanism innovation and teaching reform, and provides practical solutions to solve the mismatch
between supply and demand of talents.
