Abstract


Positive psychology emphasizes the cultivation of optimistic and positive psychological quality through positive psychological
hints. Therefore, the current positive psychology has been widely used in guiding the mental health of colleges and universities in order to
cultivate the resilience of college students. From the perspective of positive psychology, this paper analyzes the significance of positive psychology in the cultivation of college students anti-frustration ability, and explores the cultivation path.
