Abstract

Under the new framework of integrated budget management, strengthening the performance evaluation of university asset management is vital for modernizing university governance. After describing the characteristics and current situation of state-owned assets in
finance-and-economics universities, this paper analyzes the necessity of building a performance-evaluation system and discusses in depth the
principles and concrete contents of the indicator system. It also examines the selection and application of evaluation methods and proposes
improvement strategies targeting existing problems. The goal is to raise the level of state-owned-assets management in finance-and-economics
universities, improve asset-use efficiency, and provide a replicable reference for other discipline-oriented universities.
