Abstract


In the "Internet +" era, the demand for talent in business administration has undergone significant changes. This paper analyzes and
discusses the transformation of demand for vocational undergraduate business management talents under this background, and proposes cultivation strategies based on multiple dimensions. The aim is to provide a reference for vocational colleges to cultivate business management
talents that meet the demands of the times, alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of talent, and promote the development of
business administration education.
