Peng Zhang

Abstract

As a vital artistic form of Chinese civilization, traditional Chinese painting (Guohua) embodies profound cultural heritage and aesthetic value. To promote the inheritance and development of this traditional art, an increasing number of higher education institutions have
incorporated Guohua into their academic curricula, achieving remarkable educational outcomes. In the context of the information age, educational technologies continue to evolve, with multimedia applications now widely adopted across disciplines. University Guohua instruction is
progressively moving beyond conventional models, encouraging educators to fully utilize multimedia resources and employ diverse teaching
methods to enhance classroom engagement and optimize educational effectiveness. This paper focuses on exploring practical approaches for
integrating multimedia into university Guohua pedagogy.
