Review of the Research on the Value-Added Assessment of College Students Quality
Abstract
Under the background of popularization and quality improvement of higher education, value-added assessment, as an evaluation method that pays attention to the development process and progress of students, has become an important direction of higher education evaluation reform. This paper systematically sorts out the main methods of value-added assessment of college students comprehensive quality, and summarizes its core framework and implementation methods by analyzing the value-added assessment practices of the
United States, the United Kingdom and other countries. At the same time, it discusses the localization exploration in our country under
the promotion of policies, and points out that in the future, it is necessary to deepen the localization of theory, promote technological innovation and data establishment, strengthen the coordination of policies and practices, and promote cultural integration and diverse participation, so as to promote the transformation of the evaluation system to "development empowerment" and solve the current problems
