Abstract

This paper addresses the issues of insufficient enterprise participation, the absence of a collaborative governance mechanism, and
the disconnection between specialties and industries in the integration of industry and education in private colleges and universities, and proposes three optimized paths for collaborative governance: First, establish a mechanism for in-depth enterprise participation driven by interests
and with equal rights and responsibilities; The second is to establish a sound governance mechanism involving multiple entities such as the
government, universities, enterprises and industries. Third, strengthen the dynamic adjustment and supply of demand-oriented specialties to
achieve precise alignment between the talent chain and the industrial chain. It aims to provide effective solutions for private colleges and universities to deepen the integration of industry and education and cultivate high-quality applied talents.
