Path Analysis of Green Development Concept Integration into Enterprise Business Management
Abstract
the necessity and significance of embedding green development principles into enterprise operations, while examining challenges faced by
companies during this transition. Through systematic exploration of strategic planning, operational management, marketing strategies, human
resource management, and corporate culture development, the research proposes concrete pathways for implementing green development
concepts in business management. These approaches are validated through case studies of exemplary enterprises. The findings demonstrate
that deeply integrating green development concepts into corporate management can effectively enhance sustainable development capabilities,
strengthen market competitiveness, and achieve a win-win situation between economic benefits and environmental protection. This provides
theoretical and practical guidance for enterprises navigating the green economy era.
