Abstract


This paper focuses on the cultivation and practice of educationalist spirit among student affairs officers in vocational undergraduate
institutions. It provides an in-depth analysis of the significant role of educationalist spirit in student work, while examining existing challenges
in nurturing this ethos among current student affairs personnel. By exploring the essence and core elements of educationalist spirit and integrating the distinctive features of vocational undergraduate education, the study proposes concrete approaches to shape and implement this
spirit through multiple dimensions including ideological guidance, capability enhancement, and institutional safeguards. The aim is to elevate
the educational quality of student affairs officers, promote high-quality development in student work at vocational undergraduate institutions,
and provide robust support for cultivating highly skilled applied talents.
