Abstract

The transformation and upgrading of agricultural mechanization and intelligentization, as well as the realization of the rural revitalization strategy in China, mainly rely on science and technology, and the key lies in talents. At present, there is a shortage of agriculture - related professionals, and there are problems in talent training such as the lack of ideological and political education, weak discipline integration,
and narrow training paths, which restrict the high - quality development of agricultural mechanization and intelligentization in China. Taking
Jiangsu University as an example, combined with the integrated construction of new agricultural science and new engineering in the university, this paper explores the talent training path for agriculture - related majors, which takes cultivating the feelings of "knowing and loving
agriculture" for the country as the foundation, building the education platform of "serving agriculture" as the support, and improving the professional quality of "strengthening and revitalizing agriculture" as the goal. It further promotes the innovation of the talent training mode for
agriculture - related majors, so as to provide a strong talent support for the development of China's modern agricultural equipment industry.
