Organizational Sinking and Service Efficiency Enhancement: Practical Challenges and Optimization Directions of the Communist Youth League Work in the "One-Stop" Student Community

Qiujin Chen

Abstract

From the core perspective of "organizational sinking" and "service efficiency enhancement", this paper explores the practical significance, practical challenges and optimization paths of the Communist Youth League (CYL) work in the "One-Stop" Student Community. Currently, CYL organizations in various colleges and universities mainly face problems such as incomplete organizational coverage, inaccurate
service supply and insufficient resource integration in the construction of the "One-Stop" Student Community. Based on this, it is necessary to
promote the in-depth integration of CYL work with the "One-Stop" Community and improve the effectiveness of education by building a gridbased organizational system, improving a demand-oriented service mechanism, deepening a resource coordination mechanism and strengthening team building.
