and ideological and political education theory, examines the connotations, characteristics, functional values, and current challenges of online
education culture in the new era. It proposes an optimization path centered on content innovation, supported by technological empowerment,
and safeguarded by mechanism coordination. Building an online education culture system that combines ideological depth with contemporary
relevance is essential for addressing the ideological struggle online and cultivating new-era individuals capable of shouldering the great responsibility of national rejuvenation.
