Strategies for Integrating Finance Course Resources in Vocational Colleges and Universities amid the Wave of Financial Technology
Abstract
confronted with the challenge of divorce between talent cultivation and industry demand, and increasingly prominent problems such as scattered, lagging, and inadequate practical adaptability of course resources. Based on the "technical and application-oriented" talents positioning
in vocational colleges and universities, and in combination with the new requirements of financial technology for vocational ability in the
financial industry, this paper analyzes the structural limitations in the current course resources, proposes strategies of "core ability-oriented
modular content integration, virtual-real integrated practical resource linkage, and double-qualified and double-competency teaching synergy"
from three dimensions: content system reconstruction, platform carrier construction, and teaching team support, and constructs a matched
guarantee mechanism to provide a practical path for finance education in vocational colleges and universities to adapt to the development of
financial technology and improve the quality of talent cultivation.
