Review and Reflection on the Changes of the Professional Catalogue of Secondary Vocational Education since the Founding of the People's Republic of China
Abstract
framework established by the first catalog in 1963 to achieving full integration with higher vocational and undergraduate education by 2021.
Its development consistently aligns with national strategies and industrial demands, progressively strengthening industry-education integration and digital transformation. Future efforts should focus on establishing a multi-stakeholder governance mechanism, deepening industryeducation collaboration, and improving quality monitoring systems to enhance specialty adaptability and talent cultivation quality.
