Research on Quality and Efficiency Enhancement Strategies for Educational Discipline under the Background of FamilySchoolSociety Co-education
Abstract
three stakeholders can jointly upgrade discipline under the co-education framework. It first clarifies that co-education can enhance students'
comprehensive qualities and make discipline more targeted, scientific and reasonable. Questionnaires and interviews reveal current problemscommunication barriers, insufficient support, teachers' operational dilemmasand trace their roots to teachers' professional competence, school management systems, parental cognition and public opinion. To meet the demand for high-quality education, the study proposes
building a long-term communication & cooperation mechanism, intensifying social publicity, and optimizing guidance systems so that disciplinary power is exercised properly while students' rights and classroom order are balanced.
