Research on Employment Education of Financial Management Students under the Mode of "Employment + Ideology and Morality"
Abstract
society has raised higher demands for the qualities of financial management professionals, requiring not only solid professional skills but
also noble ethics and social responsibility. However, current employment education in financial management programs at universities
generally exhibits tendencies of "prioritizing skills over ethics" and "emphasizing career selection over character cultivation." This has led
some graduates to lose direction in complex financial environments, even engaging in illegal activities that negatively impact society. In
light of this, this paper combines previous research to explore employment education models for financial management students under the
"employment + ideological ethics" framework. The article first analyzes the current status and issues of employment education in financial
management programs, then proposes specific implementation paths from dimensions such as curriculum systems, practical teaching, and
faculty development. This aims to provide references for cultivating morally and professionally competent financial talents that meet the
requirements of the new era.
