Research on Curriculum System Reconstruction of Preschool Education Major in Five-Year Higher Vocational Education Under New Situation

Abstract


The curriculum design for the five-year higher vocational preschool education program serves as the cornerstone of pre-service
training for kindergarten teachers. A well-structured curriculum can leverage the five-year integrated advantage to enhance educational quality. Current research predominantly focuses on single-category courses with theoretical emphasis, while empirical studies remain scarce. Since
curriculum design must align with talent development objectivesdetermining graduate competencies through job analysis and corresponding course structuresit is crucial to conduct systematic empirical research. This study employs literature review, surveys, and case analysis
to explore curriculum design. It explains the research rationale and related concepts, investigates professional courses and graduate employment status, identifies challenges, proposes preliminary recommendations, and concludes with a summary of achievements and limitations to
inform curriculum development and future research.
