Analysis and Research on Legalization of the Construction of Teachers' Ethics in Colleges and Universities

Abstract

College teachers in the society plays a high quality, high accomplishment of the group, but in recent years, a small number of college teachers deep in their own moral lack of problems, on the one hand, it shows that the teachers themselves lack of cultivation, weak professional ethics, engaged in profit-making activities unrelated to teaching. On the other hand, it also shows that the relevant laws on teachers'
ethics are not established, and teachers' behaviors are not constrained. In this paper, the author first expounds the connotation and problems of
teachers' ethics in recent years, and then discusses and analyzes the requirements and measures for the development of teachers' ethics behavior.
