Discussion on the Promoting Effect of Campus Sports Clubs on the Physical and Mental Health of College Students

Abstract


This paper focuses on the promoting effect of campus sports clubs on the physical and mental health of college students. By analyzing their specific values in alleviating psychological stress, enhancing physical fitness, and improving social adaptability, and combining
actual cases and data, it points out the existing deficiencies in the current development of campus sports clubs and puts forward optimization
suggestions. Research shows that campus sports clubs can effectively make up for the limitations of public physical education teaching in colleges and universities, provide diversified support for the physical and mental health development of college students, and are of great significance for cultivating high-quality talents with all-round development.
