Exploring Nursing Education in Higher Education Institutions Based on Outcome-Based Education (OBE) Philosophy

Abstract


This paper analyzes current challenges in nursing education at higher education institutions by integrating the core principles of
Outcome-Based Education (OBE). Through four dimensionsredefining teaching objectives, optimizing curriculum structures, innovating
pedagogical methods, and refining evaluation systemsit explores reform pathways for nursing education under OBE. The study provides
actionable references for cultivating high-quality nursing professionals that meet societal demands, while driving continuous improvement in
nursing education quality.
