Analysis of the Responsibilities of Counselors in Psychological Education at Private Institutions from the Perspective of "Three-Wide Education"

Abstract


Counselors in private universities bear significant responsibilities in psychological education work and are a crucial force in implementing the "Three-Wide Education" concept. Against the backdrop of the development of higher education in the new era, this paper
takes the psychological education responsibilities of counselors in private institutions as a starting point, analyzes the existing problems in
current psychological education work in private universities, and proposes specific measures. These include constructing a comprehensive
psychological crisis prevention and control system, fostering a positive psychological education atmosphere, providing personalized psychological counseling, organizing mental health education activities, and strengthening professional knowledge reserves. The aim is to enhance the effectiveness of psychological education work by counselors in private institutions and promote the healthy physical and mental
development of students.
