Abstract


Driven by the global wave of digitalization, the field of education is undergoing profound transformations. As the core agents of
educational activities, the level of digital literacy among university teachers significantly impacts both teaching quality and student development. Starting from the practical needs of the digital transformation in education, this article reveals the necessity of enhancing the digital literacy of university teachers. It further analyzes the challenges faced in improving their digital literacy in the digital era and explores potential
pathways for cultivating it.
