A Practical Study on Integrating Labor Education into Ideological and Political Education in Universities
Abstract
The current societal demand for talent is shifting towards comprehensive development. With the continuous progress of the times,
possessing only professional knowledge can no longer meet the needs of diversified social development; comprehensively developed, versatile
talents have become a requirement of the era. Labor education and ideological and political education in universities play crucial roles in the
talent cultivation process. Taking the integration of labor education into ideological and political education in universities as the starting point,
this paper proposes practical strategies such as innovating practical teaching models, deepening university-enterprise cooperation, promoting
disciplinary integration, and constructing a diversified evaluation mechanism. The aim is to cultivate students correct labor values, enhance
the practical effectiveness of ideological and political education, and help cultivate socialist builders and successors developed morally, intellectually, physically, aesthetically, and labor-wise.
