The Training Path of International Maritime Service Talents under the Background of Hainan Free Trade Port Construction
Abstract
free trade port, leading to an increasingly prominent contradiction in the supply and demand of international maritime service talents. The
shortage of high-end, versatile talents has become a key bottleneck constraining industrial upgrading. This paper, in conjunction with the characteristics of the maritime service industry development in Hainan Free Trade Port, analyzes the core competencies of international maritime
service talents. Addressing issues such as structural imbalances in talent cultivation, insufficient integration of industry and education, and
inadequate international adaptation, it proposes a comprehensive and multi-level talent cultivation path from four dimensions: restructuring
the training system, deepening industry-education integration, upgrading digital and intelligent empowerment, and expanding international
cooperation. This provides theoretical support and practical references for Hainan Free Trade Port to build an international maritime service
talent hub.
