connotation of governance system modernization, covering the governance concept of "rural aesthetic education, " the confirmation of government action boundaries, multi-stakeholder collaboration, and the rights confirmation of rural art teachers. It also proposes optimization
suggestions based on the current governance challenges faced by China's rural aesthetic education teacher teams.
