Research on the Improvement of Employment Ability of "Tourism + Nursing" Talents Based on the Supply and Demand of School and Enterprise

Kai Kou

Abstract

With China's rapid economic growth and diversified social demands, the tourism and nursing industries are increasingly converging.
In an aging society, cross-sector collaboration between tourism and nursing has become a key approach to improving elderly quality of life.
This study examines the application of school-enterprise supply-demand matching in cultivating "tourism + nursing" professionals, analyzes
the current employment capabilities of such talents, and proposes strategies to enhance their employability through school-enterprise partnerships. The research demonstrates that such collaboration not only provides students with more precise career planning but also strengthens
their practical skills and innovative thinking, ultimately boosting their employability.
