Abstract
combined with innovation and entrepreneurship education, and founded the "ARosea Story" Floral Arrangement Skill Inheritance and Innovation Studio in 2024. This study systematically reviews its talent cultivation model with the characteristics of "cultural inheritance as the
foundation, professional integration as the distinctive feature and social service as the environment, " summarizes a three -in- -one operating
way of "apprenticeship - creation - service" and an innovation literacy cultivation system of "skill inheritance - creativity cultivation - practice
validation", providing reference for similar institutions to promote the deep integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education with aesthetic education and professional education.
