Abstract

The spirit of an educator holds great significance for college counselors, as it aids in promoting soul-building education and activating high-quality development within the team. To embody the spirit of an educator, college counselors must adhere to unified principles such
as fostering virtue and educating people, and act as "ideological leaders, " "moral exemplars, " "cultural shapers, " "professional researchers, "
"administrators of affairs, " and "creators of teaching" in their actions.
