From Matching to Construction: System Reconstruction and Path Optimization of Career Education Courses for Normal Students in Local Normal Universities
Abstract
the traditional "person-job matching" model to a "career construction" orientation. This study systematically explores the practical dilemmas
and optimization paths of this curriculum system. The research finds that the current courses are confronted with problems such as insufficient
reflection of teacher education characteristics, weak connection with rural education needs, incomplete theoretical systems, and a shortage of
professional teachers. This study proposes a curriculum system reconstruction framework with four core dimensions: value guidance, theoretical foundation, content structure, and implementation mechanism. The optimization paths include strengthening the integration of teachers'
professional traits, constructing a hierarchical curriculum content system linked with career education in primary, secondary, and higher education, building a professional teaching team with full-time teachers as the core, and establishing a diversified implementation model combining curriculum teaching, individual counseling, and group guidance.
