Construction of a Diversified Evaluation System for Practical Courses in Private Higher Vocational Colleges
Abstract
colleges in China face many practical challenges in the evaluation of practical teaching: the composition of evaluation subjects is relatively
singular, the evaluation standard system is relatively rigid, and the methods of evaluation implementation have not kept pace with the times.
These issues directly lead to their talent cultivation quality struggling to fully meet the actual demands for composite technical and skilled
talents against the backdrop of industrial upgrading. Based on the operational characteristics of private higher vocational colleges, this paper
proposes a diversified evaluation system for practical courses centered on competency-based education, involving multi-subject collaborative
participation and covering the entire teaching process. It designs specific implementation paths from the dimensions of evaluation philosophy,
subjects, standards, and methods, aiming to provide references for deepening practical teaching reform and enhancing talent cultivation quality in private higher vocational colleges.
