Abstract

Objective: To establish an evaluation system for teaching competency assessment of non-technical skills instructors in vocational
nursing education based on intelligent technology. Methods: Delphi method was used to consult 15 experts in the fields of school nursing
teaching management, clinical nursing management, clinical nursing teaching and clinical frontline nursing for 3 rounds, and the index was
determined by analytic hierarchy process. Results: The evaluation index system was finally determined to include 4 first-level indexes and 16
second-level indexes, and the weight framework was consciousness>design>technology. Conclusion: The system is scientific, reliable and
practical, and can effectively evaluate the teaching ability of non-technical skills training of higher vocational nursing teachers based on intelligent technology.
