The Generation Mechanism of Rural Teachers' Burden in Xizang under the Background of Digital Transformation of Education:A Study Based on Grounded Theory
Abstract
The digitalization of education has brought about a new form of teacher burden for rural teachers, which has become the main pre
dicament faced by rural teachers. However, the existing research has not fully revealed the deep generation mechanism of the burden of rural
teachers in Xizang in this context. This study, using grounded theory, conducted in-depth interviews with 10 rural teachers in Xizang and
constructed a "Model of Burden Generation Mechanism for Rural Teachers in Xizang in the Context of digital Transformation of education"
through three-level coding analysis. The study found that the factors influencing the burden of rural teachers can be attributed to four types of
stressors: individual, technical facilities, organizational systems, and social culture. This finding provides an important extension to the theory
of resource conservation.
