Abstract


Digital transformation is reshaping the development landscape of the business administration field. The problem of irrational alloca
tion of educational resources in business administration education in higher education is becoming increasingly prominent, constraining the
quality of talent cultivation and the effectiveness of education. This paper analyzes the necessity of optimizing resource allocation in business
administration education under the background of digital transformation and proposes specific optimization strategies from three aspects: the
curriculum system, faculty competence, and coordination mechanisms, providing practical references for universities to achieve efficient re
source utilization and meet the needs of cultivating digital talents.
