Research on Cultivation Pathways for Practical and Innovative Abilities of College Students Based on Multi-Collaborative Theory
Abstract
abilities of college students, while also posing transformation requirements for existing talent cultivation models. In reality, traditional cultiva
tion systems still exhibit multiple shortcomings: first, the collaborative mechanisms among disciplines, curricula, and faculty are underdevel
oped; second, multi-party collaboration within joint cultivation systems is immature; third, diversified integration in practical components is
insufficient. Based on multi-collaborative theory, this paper advocates for multi-role collaboration to build an integrated educational platform;
multi-classroom linkage to establish practical innovation carriers; and multi-path integration to enhance practical and innovative abilities,
thereby achieving overall coordination, quality improvement, and sustainable operation of the cultivation process.
