Research on the Path to Enhancing Digital Literacy of Primary School Teachers in Xizang
Abstract
The study was mainly quantitative, involving a questionnaire survey of 214 primary school teachers in Xizang, supplemented by
interviews and classroom observations. The study found that digital literacy among primary school teachers in Xizang was characterized by
"high ethical awareness - low technology application", and there were significant differences in multiple background variables such as ethnic
ity, age, subject, and altitude gradient. The main reasons included harsh natural environment, shortage of resources, and the structure of the
teaching staff. Based on the findings, the study developed a four-dimensional differentiated improvement path of "cultural integration -precise
empowerment - technology adaptation - policy synergy", providing a theoretical framework and practical paradigm for enhancing the math
ematical literacy of primary school teachers in Xizang.
